  3. It seems like the Belgians use tarragon in their recipes more than people do here. One time I ate at a fast food restaurant there called “Quick,” and the sauce for one of the hamburgers was tarragon sauce. I like the flavor, and your recipe sounds like an easy way to fix it in a jiffy–and make something special for a guest…or fiance! 😉
