Reflections in Glacial Blue
Chiseled in chunks of ice
Reflected in turquoise waters
His Majesty is proclaimed.
“Your righteousness is like the mighty mountains, your justice like the great deep. Oh Lord, you preserve both man and beast.” Psalm 36:6 NIV
“Splendor and majesty are before him; strength and glory are in his sanctuary.” Psalm 96 NIV
From My Heart to Yours,
There’s a “gathering of blue” at 3 from here and there

Such majesty in these blues.
What perfect images to proclaim how the majesty of God is reflected in the world around us! I read your post about 9/11 too and this reminds me of the importance of remembering that no matter what chaos fills this world, God is ultimately in control. His righteousness, justice, splendor, strength and glory (as mentioned in these scriptures in your post) remain unchanged.
Blue! So stunning…and for the Creator, it’s nothing more than, “Let there be…”
And then…all this.
Amazing images, Janis – the blue in that ice is incredible… So glad you linked with us at Three!
I love this! I used to live in Alaska and have special memories of visiting glaciers.
Beautiful pictures, Janis. God’s splendor truly is display in His creation. Many blessings!
looks like sculptures, quite lovely
Beautiful pictures, Janis. I am always so humbled and awed at the majesty of God as seen in nature. He stands – as strong as a mountain – through all the ups and downs of life.
Enjoyed your piece yesterday, too, about 9/11. I had never seen the cross before.
As I said, God stands…
GOD BLESS!
The stunning beauty of the photos mirror the truth of the verses you have chosen. Such an uplifting post. I feel just like HE has cupped me in His hand……I feel safe and warm knowing HE is in control. Blessings,
Lynn
Beautiful pictures Janis; they represent a beautiful reflection of His awesome splendor and majesty, and the verses you chose are lovely! 🙂

Thanks so much for sharing…the photos are like a breath of fresh air to those of us who are city dwellers…I just love the way that God reveals His majesty to us through what He has created. I was blessed to visit here today.
Janis, what have you been up to? Something fun I am betting. Missing your sweet voice. Yes, we must watch for an opportunity to meet up one day! That would be such a gift.
luv to you!
