Seek Him While He May Be Found

“Turn my heart toward your statutes and not toward selfish gain.
Turn my eyes away from worthless things; renew my life according to
your word.” Psalm 119:36-37 NIV
In His light, we see light; in His love, we are saved; in seeking Him, we are restored. He sends wisdom on the lips of His godly counselors.
With gratefulness for His love and mercies that are new every morning and for those who bring His wisdom.

I agree.. God without man is still GOD, but MAN without GOD is NOTHING! We should continually seek Him
The verse reminds me to focus on the heavenly things.
Oh Father this is my prayer too.
Btw the picture is lovely.
I chose to sign my blog posts with “Seeking Him” because it is a reminder to seek Him daily and to seek to know Him more.
Great reminder.
Blessings,
Joan

I love the photo along with the verse. I had white agapanthus and roses in my bridal bouquet.

Blessings Janis,
AMEN! Such beauty and wisdom in your WFW, photo, verse and your message!
This morning as I ventured to visit WFW a day late, this is a beautiful reminder to turn away from worthless things (off went the TV), turn away from selfishness (focus on God today) and turn my heart toward home with God, which means SEEKING HIM! This will renew my life and strength once again in Him… thank you Janis!
Let us continue to SEEK HIM in everything and give Him the glory and thanks. Bless you.
